Job Summary:
The HRIS Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager by managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This position involves analyzing HR data, ensuring data integrity, and providing support for HR processes and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Management:
- Maintain and enhance the HRIS to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights based on data trends to improve HR processes and operations.

User Support and Training:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries from HR staff and employees.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for users to enhance system proficiency.

Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to identify areas for process improvements within HR functions.
- Implement changes to HRIS workflows and processes to increase efficiency.

Project Support:
- Assist in the implementation of new HR technologies and upgrades to existing systems.
- Support HR projects, such as system enhancements, integrations, and rollouts.

Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and HR policies.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HRIS security protocols.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HRIS analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
- Project management experience.
