A&D Mortgage - Financial Holding Company successfully providing residential and commercial loans for more than 20 years, based in Florida.
We represent our A service in states but are striving to obtain licenses in every State of the US and to become a Nationwide Mortgage Lender.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
- Complete loan contracts and ensure that clients are informed about the rules and requirements;
- Submit files to the designated Underwriter;
- Ensure compliance with established rules and legal requirements;
- Follow up with clients to verify important information.
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years verifiable experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor;
- Must be able to commute to office located in Fort Lauderdale FL. This is not a remote position.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation;
- Good understanding of banking computer software DU, LP and MS Office;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills;
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Compensation:
- Base salary $55000 depending on experience. Additional per file bonus based on performance after 90 days.

This is an on-site position only at our office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
