Viera Builders, Inc. has an opening for a Design Receptionist – Part Time that will be working in a fast-paced, professional environment. The Design Receptionist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for homeowners, from initial contact through overseeing the Design Studio's appearance, including the café and sample inventory, managing walk-in traffic, and providing support to the Design Coordinators and Director of Design. Utilizing advanced technology and exemplary customer service are the hallmarks of this position.

The work schedule for this part-time position is Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Mondays from 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Duties include:
  • Serve as the front desk receptionist by welcoming customers, answering phone calls, and offering refreshments to enhance the guest experience
  • Open and close the Design Studio while ensuring the front reception area, conference room, and café are clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Uphold the Design Studio’s showroom-quality standards by managing inventory, labeling, ordering new samples as needed, and organizing office supplies
  • Greet and register buyers during preview day, ensuring the preview sign-in sheet is updated accurately. Conduct buyer tours providing a preview of our design selections.
  • Prepare preview packets and maintain an organized supply of preview folder documents
  • Address buyer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information to ensure a positive experience
  • Prepare and maintain specification sheets
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required, with a minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service, Administrative support, and/or Interior Design
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
