ONLY 50 Apartments!
The Salary is between $120,000-$125,000 Per Year PLUS an ANNUAL BONUS , a percentage of annual salary potential plus full benefits
We are looking for someone who really is passionate about the wellbeing of Seniors!
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A Minimum of 1 Year Experience in a Management position in either Senior Living (Assisted Living Memory Care or Independent Living Community) OR in a SNF environment.
MUST HOLD NHA LICENSE IN THE STATE OF DELAWARE to operate an Assisted Living Community
Job Description:
The Executive Director is responsible for overall property operations, as well as the financial performance of the community
The Executive Director will be responsible for on site employees :including back office staff, leasing, event planning, valet,healthcare, drivers, maintenance,food and beverage
The Executive Director makes sure that prospects and residents have a 5 star experience with all services provided
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing building operations, dining, events, housekeeping, maintenance work orders, and apartment preparation for new residents.
The Executive Director oversees all financial aspects including rent collections and occupancy expectations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
