We are are BEAUTIFUL UPSCALE Senior Living Community located in Beautiful Charleston SC!
We have an AMAZING OPPORTUNITY for an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR !
MUST HOLD ONE OF THE FOLLOWING LICENSES : LNHA or CRCFA in the state of South Carolina
Relocation from a different part of SC is an option
ONLY 80 Apartments!
The Salary is between $118,000-$120,000 Per Year PLUS an ANNUAL BONUS OF percent of annual salary potential plus full benefits
This position also offers a SIGN ON BONUS!
We are looking for someone who really is passionate about the wellbeing of Seniors!
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A Minimum of 2 Years Experience in a Management position in either Senior Living (Assisted Living Memory Care or Independent Living Community) OR in a SNF environment.
- License in SC either LNHA or CRCFA
Job Description:
The Executive Director is responsible for overall property operations, as well as the financial performance of the community
The Executive Director will be responsible for on site employees :including back office staff, leasing, event planning, valet,healthcare, drivers, maintenance,food and beverage
The Executive Director makes sure that prospects and residents have a 5 star experience with all services provided
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing building operations, dining, events, housekeeping, maintenance work orders, and apartment preparation for new residents.
The Executive Director oversees all financial aspects including rent collections and occupancy expectations
