As a Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. ```Duties```
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, and kitchen staff
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant during all shifts
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety guidelines
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any concerns
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in catering or banquet operations is a plus
