THE ROLE: Director, Marketing Production Operations, A&E
You should be a strong and strategic leader who is knowledgeable in the production of content across all platforms and multiple formats. This position demands the ability to interface effectively with senior employees across multiple departments, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and alignment with company objectives. You’ll be responsible for owning, leading, and executing the operations campaigns. You’ll be critical in the communication between creative teams and all relevant departments. Additionally, this role requires a high level of discretion and responsibility in managing highly sensitive content, ensuring proper handling and adherence to security protocols.

- Oversee and manage the production team in execution of marketing campaign across all platforms, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
- Oversee macro budget and production planning across A&E
- Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Design Production and Account Management teams to align on campaign objectives, fostering accountability and partnership.
- Lead and mentor the production team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimize workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency, resource utilization, and overall project execution.
- Partner with Live Action Production teams to ensure all projects are in alignment and supported operationally
- Interface with senior stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure alignment on campaign strategies and business goals.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Director, Marketing Production Operations, A&E
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 7 years of experience in marketing production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, Creative, and Account Management teams.
- Ability to manage high-profile and highly sensitive content with discretion.
- Proven experience handling large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Compensation
Annual Pay Range: $140,131 - $163,954Annual Incentive Target: 17.50%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills,
