We are looking for the following:

Manufacturer of souvenir products to include apparel and hard goods is looking for an Apparel Printer and Decoration Specialist to join our team and help grow our company. Our ideal candidate is keen on becoming part of our great team. The role is available for individuals who will be trained to work with large format printers, state of the art and industry leading direct to garment printing machines. Candidates will also be considered for our Pad Printing positions. In this department we decorate souvenir drinkware. This will be for either a Monday through Friday position, or a 4 day, 10 hour shift schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

· T-shirt Printing or Drinkware printing

· Operate and maintain state of the art Digital to Garment, “DTG” and large format printing machines and pad printing machines

· Troubleshoot any printing machine mechanical and/or software issues that can arise

· Produce high quality product

· Fill and verify t-shirt, mug and other orders accurately

· Test and prepare new garments and drinkware for optimized print quality

· Keep work area clean and organized

· Efficient and correct use of equipment

· Meet or exceed assigned output quotas

· Operate within safety guidelines

Job Requirements:

· Experience and comfortability with computers and apparel printing or pad printing is a plus

This position will work Monday through Friday shifts and is full time hourly with benefits.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full Time, Hourly position – based on range in consideration of relevant job experience and certification/education; if position is physically in Colorado salary range will be posted above following EPFEW Act
• Vacation or TAFW (time away from work) Plan
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance; employee premiums applicable
• 401k program, eligible for enrollment after (1) year of employment during January or June open enrollment periods
