Join Our Team – Saw Operator (Full-Time)
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Hours: 40–50 hours per week
Work Environment:
Clean, safety-first facility
Forging steel in a heavy industrial setting
Hands-on, team-oriented atmosphere
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain saw equipment to cut materials to exact specifications
Interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to determine cut dimensions
Set up and fine-tune saw blades, guides, and stops for precision
Monitor cuts for quality and efficiency throughout the process
Inspect finished pieces, making necessary adjustments for accuracy
Package and prepare materials for shipment or further production
Requirements
Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
Strong basic math skills for measuring and calculating
Mechanical aptitude for equipment use and maintenance
Attention to detail for quality control and inspection
Overhead crane experience or certification required
Forklift experience or certification required
Experience with milling machines or similar equipment is a plus
