Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent in English, oral & written
- Forklift certification.
- Good communication and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety and operational procedures in compliance with company policies.
- Load and unload shipments of goods in a timely and safe manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that items are stored in proper locations.
- Pick and prepare items for shipment or internal transfer.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Includes performing pre-operational checks on the equipment.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and putting away products.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
