A First Name Basis Area Manager acts as the principal agent in the supervision of Care Management and field staff to ensure that daily operations are performed at a satisfactory level. The purpose of this position is to enhance the quality of service provided, maximize satisfaction, and promote cost effectiveness. This position will be accountable for overseeing their location’s day to day operations for full client care cycle including quoting, assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, hiring of qualified personnel, scheduling, and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s needs.
Key Characteristics

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment, training, and management of Care Managers, ensuring a skilled and cohesive team.
- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement strategic growth plans aimed at attracting top-tier caregivers and nurturing relationships with referral sources to expand our client base.
- Hands-On Support: Actively participate in caregiver recruitment and client care, demonstrating a hands on approach to ensure the highest standards of service.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Assume responsibility for maintaining the highest levels of care quality and adhering to all compliance standards and regulations.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate closely with Operations Leaders to drive operational efficiencies throughout the entire care continuum, optimizing processes for enhanced service delivery.
