- Implement crisis intervention strategies to address immediate client needs and ensure safety.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the appropriate level of care for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and care interventions in compliance with organizational policies.
Experience
- A background in social work or a related field is preferred, with experience in supervising teams or programs being highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with addiction counseling techniques and behavioral health practices is essential.
- Experience working with Section 8 housing programs, childcare services, or child welfare systems is a plus.
