*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with various needs, including autism, developmental disabilities, dementia, and memory care. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient observation, care plans, and HIPAA compliance. *Responsibilities* - Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care tasks - Implement care plans tailored to each individual's specific needs - Provide companionship and emotional support - Perform patient observation and report any changes in condition - Assist with heavy lifting when necessary - Support individuals in their home or community environment *Requirements* - Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, dementia, or memory care - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality - CPR certification preferred - Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed - Strong communication skills and empathy towards individuals requiring care
