As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. *Responsibilities* - Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Create and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs - Provide companionship and emotional support - Assist with light housekeeping tasks - Help with meal preparation and feeding - Lift and transfer individuals when necessary - Work with people with autism in a group home setting *Experience* - Experience in memory care, home health, or long-term care is preferred - Familiarity with working in a group home environment is a plus - Ability to perform heavy lifting when required - First aid certification is beneficial - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Willingness to clean and maintain a safe environment
