Job Summary

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals requiring specialized care, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, dementia, or in need of memory care. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of clients in a home or community care setting.

Duties

Work closely with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or dementia to provide personalized care - Implement care plans and assist with activities of daily living - Maintain patient observation and ensure safety at all times - Perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary - Provide memory care support and engage clients in meaningful activities - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information - Possess CPR certification for emergency situations

Qualifications

Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or dementia is preferred - Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans - Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality - CPR certification is required for emergency response situations - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentJob Type : Full-timePay : From $10.50 per hourBenefits :
