Role Description:
- Seeking caregivers who are observant, proactive, make good decisions, genuinely caring, and add value to clients' lives.
- Part-time position with potential for full-time if willing to see two clients daily.
- Must have own transportation and be willing to escort clients to appointments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in-home care or home health care, preferred
- 3 professional references and job experience
- Recent Tuberculosis (TB) testing (within last 6 months).
Care Duties:
- Cooking, meal prep, medication reminders, assistance with personal hygiene (showering, shaving, dressing), providing companionship and emotional support, monitoring health changes, and light housekeeping.
- Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient health and well-being, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Adhere to CPR and First Aid protocols in emergencies.
Compensation:
- Weekly pay, with wages based on verified experience.
