Are you a highly organized, people-oriented professional with a knack for problem-solving and customer service? Our pressure washing company is looking for an Office Manager and Customer Relations Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly and our customers happy!

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer phones and engage with customers to schedule services and answer inquiries.
  • Track marketing efforts and lead sources while helping us meet our sales goals.
  • Manage social media interactions, including responding to customer messages on Facebook.
  • Ensure our field technicians have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Network with local businesses to create new partnerships and drive growth.
  • Track office supplies and ensure we’re always ready to work.
  • Solve problems and mediate conflicts to keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem-solver who loves to take initiative.
  • Experience in customer service and sales (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
