For the past 5 years, we have transitioned into a niche working environment renovating and upgrading assisted living and retirement facilities throughout the Bay Area. Must be bilingual (Spanish / English)
Must be proficient in all areas listed :
- Prepare AIA contract billing (G702 & G703, Change Orders)
- Monitor all open projects and ensure monthly billings are completed on time
- Communicate with clients & sub-contractor's regarding invoicing and payments
- Daily recording and maintaining of QuickBooks
- Responsible for paying all vendor invoices and company bills
- Hiring & terminating responsibilities
- Payroll
- Workman compensation

Requirements :
Hourly Full-Time Position : $48- $50 per hour / depending on experience.
Salary : $48 - $50
