Our Client Support Representative assist with any entry level service requests regarding home renovations, and design service. As a Client Support Representative, you will work both independently and as part of a larger team, interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a challenging and fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities of a Client Support Representative :
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience for all potential clients and customers presenting proper sales solutions and getting products into clients’ hands
- Develop and maintain a healthy trustworthy relationship with clients and team members
- Acquire knowledge of new services, packages, or any new promotions our clients are offering
- Ability to troubleshoot arising problems on your own while developing efficient solutions
- Rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of client offerings, report analysis to increase sales margins, competitive advantages, resources, and processes, and articulate them persuasively to current and potential accounts
- Maintain accurate and updated information on all client sales accounts
- Coordinate with fellow team members on creative ways to engage clients, drive satisfaction, and maintain clients
- Work with internal teams to provide continuous feedback from clients, inclusive of optimization suggestions and recommendations
