Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating all aspects of the Fabrication shop by showing leadership by establishing efficiencies and coordinating activities for the workforce while maintaining ongoing project schedules, documentation reviews, fabrication processes, and client objectives.

Requirements

Who You Are:

· Bachelor of Science degree or related field; bachelor's degree can be substituted with 10 years of related experience in a

management role.

· 5-10 years' experience in a management role with pump and fluid handling solution industry related experience.

· Exhibits good interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

· Exhibits good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to manage people through appropriate and effective communication while delegating responsibilities appropriately.

· Good mechanical aptitude

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise the Fabrication Supporting staff and shop floor to ensure responsibilities are completed properly and procedures

related to all aspects of production are maintained and adhered to while coordinating with the appropriate personnel to assist in

the resolving of issues during fabrication.

· Initiate and conduct internal production meetings, including the appropriate personnel and reviewing necessary information to

complete projects in accordance with client specifications and AGIPPS standards and providing reports outlining topics covered

· Generate Project Schedules while coordinating with the appropriate personnel.

· Review, draft, and provide estimates for Fabrication jobs.

· Monitor, review and coordinate with appropriate personnel on material orders and deliveries

· Participation in design kick off meetings.

· Initiate and coordinate Fabrication kick off meetings as requested.

· Provide Schedules to Project Managers and monitor the progress of all jobs in the fabrication department to ensure projects are

meeting deadlines.

· Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by appropriate personnel.

Work Environment:

· Office environment; Fabrication Shop environment

· Travel 10-15%
