The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Column Supervisor in the efficient operation of multiple separation units to ensure company production targets are met. Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Column Supervisor in the efficient operation of multiple separation units to ensure company production targets are met. This role is crucial in increasing gas processing capacity at our site and contributing to a safe and environmentally friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the production supervisor in work assignments, managing production of the separation towers.
- Daily monitoring of the separation towers to ensure smooth and efficient running of site operations.
- Report any faults, site, and maintenance issues to Maintenance to ensure site safety and product quality.
- Accurately monitor inventory levels of material into the column for separation and finished goods product.
- Delegate tasks to Process Operator l for setting up, tank transfers, and bulk tank moves.
- Encourage and participate in a Health and Safety culture to ensure a safe practicing environment.
- Responsible for ensuring that quality control is implemented on a constant basis.
- Personally follow all operational processes and carry out quality control checks and ensure the close inspection of the work activities of the team.
- Reinforce the importance of the Awareness policy to site personnel, to keep smooth and safe running of workshop operations.
