What will you do?
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle shipping and receiving operations in a high-safety gas facility. Responsibilities include managing hazardous materials, verifying inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing freight for the site.
- Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand.
- Communicate with logistics to ensure that all bulk and packaged deliveries are executed in accordance with customer requirements.
- Carry out operational activities including preparing, filling, picking, and dispatching cylinders, as well as working in the recovery process so that we are available to fulfill customer orders.
- Facilitate and participate in an excellent Health and Safety culture to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure that all necessary information is communicated smoothly between shifts to facilitate efficient use of time & resources across all operations.
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualification
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of similar experience with experience as a supervisor in an operations setting
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Safety First attitude
- Forklift license desirable, or willing to obtain within first 30 days.
- Hazmat Certification
- Understanding of basic engineering, warehouse, and environmental services
Physical Demand Requirements:
- Frequently pushes, pulls, moves, and lifts up to 50 pounds independently
- Frequently operates a computer using a traditional keyboard to input detailed information such as serial numbers
- Manipulations (seizing, holding, grasping or otherwise working with hands) up to 50-75% of the day
- Constantly works in environments with uncontrolled climate and some exposure to outdoor weather conditions
