We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems related to plant operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, including generators, PLCs, electric motors, motor controls, flow equipment, alarm and telemetry systems, heating and exhaust systems, conduits, cables, and relays.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering and operations staff to ensure the smooth running of the site. You will also collaborate with other teams to provide technical expertise and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with established procedures.
- Troubleshoot, install, and calibrate various instruments.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations staff.
- Provide technical expertise and support.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3 or more years of experience in a related field.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, including generators, PLCs, electric motors, motor controls, flow equipment, alarm and telemetry systems, heating and exhaust systems, conduits, cables, and relays.
- Understanding and interpreting schematics, technical specifications, and manufacturing manuals related to electrical systems.
- Computer literate in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
