As an AI Writing Generalist - Safety and Sensitive Content, you will:
- Work on various writing/reading projects to train generative AI models to generate responses appropriately where sensitive or harmful matters are involved and/or safety is a concern.
- Create original and challenging prompts for an AI model to respond to.
- Rank a series of responses that were produced by an AI model.
- Based on a given topic, generate content about that topic.
- Assess whether a piece of text produced by an AI model is factually accurate or not.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent, relevant writing-centric experience
- Excellent command of the English language and its grammar rules
- Fortitude to address and review sensitive, harmful, and/or graphic material
- Local to Southlake, TX, and open to working in-person 40 hours per week
- Experience in one of the below areas:
- Animators
- Coding
- Cybersecurity, penetration testing, or digital forensics
- Education
- Professional Writing (e.g. copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator, instructional designer)
- Social Work or Mental Health
- Additional valued backgrounds:
- Background in online community/content moderation or gaming communities
- Deep knowledge of internet subcultures and emerging digital trends
- Experience in crisis counseling, trauma-informed care, or working with vulnerable populations
- Creative backgrounds like fan fiction writing
- Interest in AI / ML technology highly encouraged
