About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Restoration Manager to lead our mitigation department at A GRADE Property Restoration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry and excellent leadership skills.
Job Description:
The Restoration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of emergency services and mitigation field activities. This includes coordinating with the Production Manager to ensure timely completion of projects, training and mentoring team members on proper restoration techniques and industry best practices, collaborating with insurance companies to negotiate settlements and define project scopes, and more.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant team management experience in the restoration industry
- Deep understanding of the restoration industry, including water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes and guidelines
- Computer savvy, including Outlook and Word
