Product Marketing Associate | Full-Time
Location : Mahwah, NJ area | On-site
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (includes 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the commercial analysis of new product concepts, with a focus on competitive analysis, scenario planning, and key market challenges.
- Provide monthly sales reports and analyze category line performance.
- Meet with potential suppliers to assess product feasibility.
- Develop and manage field studies for new product testing.
- Track and resolve complaints and product specifications within designated product categories throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to address and prevent future product issues.
- Aid in the creation of sales and training materials for representatives and end users.
- Support the development and execution of product management plans to meet financial goals and align with category product strategies.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, and affiliate companies post-launch to manage product development and launch requirements.
- Assist with ERP data entry for creating new products or removing outdated ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to develop marketing strategies aimed at increasing market share.
- Manage product launches or deletions through ERP system.
- Review and edit marketing materials for product categories under your responsibility
- Coordinate distribution of product samples.
