We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic's front office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient interactions, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the overall efficiency of our medical practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations to optimize office flow.
- Handle medical collections in a professional manner, addressing any patient inquiries regarding billing.
- Maintain accurate patient records and files.
- Process incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff members as needed.
- Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining supplies and equipment in the front office area.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record management.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in office management practices and familiarity with medical terminology.
- Experience with ABA Scheduling.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
