Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. Duties
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Conduct patient assessments to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collect research data to support ongoing evaluations and program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Engage with clients in a supportive manner to foster positive behavioral changes.
- Assist in the development of diagnostic evaluations and treatment recommendations.
Experience
- Previous experience in behavioral health settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical documentation processes and patient assessment techniques is essential.
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of research data collection methods related to behavioral health is a plus.
- Understanding of special education frameworks and strategies is beneficial.
