Job Description

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing bids, communicating with clients, and managing site development projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil site work, utilities, and paving cost estimation.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-3 Years Experience in Civil Site Work, Utilities, and Paving Cost Estimation
  • Civil Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills
  • Cost Management and Budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Jamison, PA
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software is a plus
