Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of coating and metal finishing services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities that use our coating and metal finishing services.
- Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Sales Presentations : Present and promote our services to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Negotiation : Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure sales agreements.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting : Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Experience : Proven experience in sales, preferably within the coating, metal finishing, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge : Understanding of coating technologies, metal finishing processes, and applications is advantageous.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
