The Disciplinary Officer will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies, handling disciplinary actions, and addressing employee misconduct in a fair and consistent manner. This role requires strong interpersonal and investigative skills, as well as the ability to balance firmness with fairness.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a disciplinary, HR, or supervisory role, preferably in the security industry. They must have expertise in conducting investigations, enforcing policies, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Strong skills in report writing, training employees, and collaborating with HR and management are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal standards.
- Investigate reports of misconduct and policy violations thoroughly and fairly.
- Recommend and implement disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of disciplinary cases and outcomes.
- Mediate conflicts between employees to prevent escalation and maintain workplace harmony.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address employee issues and foster a positive environment.
- Educate staff on company policies, code of conduct, and expected behaviors.
- Provide detailed reports on disciplinary cases and trends to management.
- Advise on policy updates and proactive measures to prevent workplace issues.
- Enforce fair and accurate measures for those found in violation of company rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Assist with Human Resource functions when not meeting with staff
- Other duties as assigned.
