We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Home Inspector to join our team. If you’re passionate about helping others and are eager to grow your career in the home inspection industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead inspectors during residential home inspections, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Document findings and observations in an organized and clear manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address basic inquiries during inspections.
• Operate and maintain inspection tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety and legal guidelines during inspections and uphold company standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; additional training or certifications in construction, real estate, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and building systems is preferred.
• Physically capable of climbing ladders, accessing crawl spaces, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
