We’re looking for fun, dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and help some incredible clients live their best lives. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking for flexible part-time work, a way to give back, or even a part-time gig for empty nesters.
As a DSP / In-Home Caregiver, your role will be to:
- Support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living as independently as possible.
- Provide assistance in areas like shopping, meal prep, transportation, budgeting, personal hygiene, housekeeping, and helping clients engage in community activities.
- Be a mentor, using effective teaching techniques to help clients achieve goals in employment, money management, building relationships, and discovering enjoyable recreational activities.
- Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks
We’re hiring for:
- Full/Part-Time positions with flexible schedules
Pay:
- Starting at $17/hr
Expected hours:
- 10-40 hours per week
