Job Summary:
The Front Office Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our home care agency. This position involves managing front desk activities, handling client and caregiver inquiries, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, this role includes traveling to clients’ homes for quarterly assessments and providing client care support when needed (company vehicle provided).
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Greet and assist clients, caregivers, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
✔ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
✔ Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation.
✔ Schedule caregiver interviews, orientations, and client assessments.
✔ Assist with caregiver onboarding, credential tracking, and compliance documentation.
✔ Support scheduling and coordination of client services as needed.
✔ Travel to clients’ homes for quarterly assessments and provide client care support as needed (company vehicle provided).
✔ Manage office supplies and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
✔ Collaborate with the team to improve overall office efficiency.
Qualifications:
🔹 Previous experience in an administrative or front office role, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
🔹 Strong communication and customer service skills.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
🔹 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Willingness to travel locally for client assessments and care visits.
