Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Department: Relational Therapy Division
Reports to: Divisional Administrative Director
Classification: Full-time, non-exempt
Location: Remote, with the ability to travel to campuses and other locations
Compensation: Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The compensation will be based on experience, education, knowledge, credentials, and a consideration of the difficulty and complexity of the position. The typical hiring range for this position is: $19.00 per hour.
Position Overview
The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for all the programs in the Relational Therapy Division. This role includes maintaining the divisional email account and related communication, coordinating program drives and records, and assisting with residency planning and implementation.

The Coordinator collaborates with different University departments and engages with other divisions within the Graduate School of Counseling, Psychology & Therapy (GSCPT) to provide seamless integrative support among faculty, staff and students.
Essential Job Functions
Coordination
- Support the coordination of conferral, commencement activities and ceremonies for each campus each term
- Liaise with IT to coordinate virtual support for divisional meetings, webinars, and workshops
- Coordinate divisional bookstore offerings with program staff
- Plan and coordinate travel and accommodations for faculty and staff attending residencies, commencement, and other business meetings
Financial Support
- Process, code, and track all financial transactions associated with events/programs including but not limited to p-card, employee reimbursements, Honoraria, vendor payments, facility rental, etc.
- Process, code and track program accreditations, program approvals, and site visit fees, as well as faculty licensing and professional memberships
- Communicate with external and internal sites and vendors to coordinate payments
- Liaise with accounting personnel to build project ID codes as needed
Operations Support
- Manage the Relational Therapy division email account
- Organize and maintain divisional Google drives and Learning Management System
- Process website updates for programs and faculty
- Prepare content for Division/ GSCPT newsletter
- Maintain faculty CV files and faculty qualification forms
- Update student and faculty distribution lists
- Assist with the preparation and editing of yearly Academic Catalog updates
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate's degree with 2 years of related experience or combination of education, experience, and training
- Proficiency in Google Suites (drive, calendar, workspaces, docs, sheets, slides), and experience with databases.
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and data management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.

Hour of Employment
This is a full-time position serving a national university. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor.
