What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC Representative position at A Hiring Company?
Vantage Auto is a family owned dealership group with two locations in New Jersey. We sell a range of used vehicles and are looking for an experienced and motivated BDC Representative to work hand in hand with our sales managers to drive sales.
Salary is combination of base, commissions and bonus.
Responsibilities of the BDC position:
- Manage and contact all incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
- Contact present customers via phone, texting and email to maintain and improve customer loyalty.
- Work in close partnership with managers to provide qualified answers to leads and detailed information on customer requirements.
- Establish relationships and set appointments for customers to visit the dealerships for test drives and sales presentations.
- Assist with special service projects / campaigns.
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments
Compensation details: 50000-150000 Yearly Salary
