The sparkling clean car wash team at TigerWash is seeking a motivated Site Manager to help manage our Wash operations at our Long Street location. - $45-$55k base salary per year plus bonus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage the day-to-day operations of TigerWash express tunnel site.
· Manage a team of 10-15 employees.
· Supervise employees to include hiring, training, and scheduling.
· Drive monthly wash club membership sales.
· Support marketing and promotional initiatives.
· Support the Director of Operations
Qualifications and Experience
· Strong leader of teams with previous managerial experience
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Comfortable around large equipment
· Truly enjoys working with customers and employees.
· Flexible schedule availability
Compensation details: 50000-60000 Yearly Salary
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
