This role is 75% in the field working alongside your team, and 25% administrative (handling work orders, vendor coordination, and parts purchasing).

What You Will Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs at store and car wash locations.
- Oversee preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Review and prioritize work orders to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Order parts and manage inventory to keep essential supplies on hand.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership in emergency maintenance situations, responding quickly to urgent issues.
- 5 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, or a related field (retail, fuel stations, or car washes preferred).
- Leadership experience managing and developing a maintenance team.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical – Including high voltage electricity
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement cost-effective solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficiency with work order systems and email communication.
- Valid driver’s license (travel required between locations).
- Working hands-on while leading a team.
- Troubleshooting and fixing problems on the spot.
- Managing multiple locations and balancing fieldwork with administrative duties.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with employees, vendors, and leadership.
- Staying organized and proactive in maintaining facilities.
