Cantor Law Group is seeking an Estate Planning and Trusts Attorney with at least 1 year of Arizona experience to handle a busy caseload with our very experienced Estate Planning Partner. This role offers a minimum starting salary of $150,000 per year, with higher compensation based on experience.
Our firm is committed to serious, high-quality work for our clients, and maintains a strong in-office and courtroom presence. Attorneys work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM—5:00 PM, either in court or in the office.
The position involves the following:
- Maintaining client files; generating estate plans; preparing pleadings and reports for trust administration, probate, and guardian/conservatorship matters; filing documents in probate court; communicating with and addressing client concerns; and proactively handling any issues that arise on a daily basis.
- This must be done autonomously and with exceptional high-touch client service. Other requirements include being self-motivated, having excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to tailor communication to the recipient (elderly clients, opposing counsel, court-appointed counsel, interested parties, etc.), combined with strong legal research and writing skills.
