Plus, being comfortable with basic computer programs like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.

Responsibilities
Running Operations:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Housekeeping, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Keep our guest service standards high and consistent across the department.
- Help us find new ways to improve our services and stay competitive in the hospitality industry.
- Look for ways to use technology to make our guests' experiences even better.
- Manage the people side of Housekeeping, including hiring, training, and supporting staff.
- Guide and mentor your team members to help them grow in their roles.
- Encourage a positive team spirit and a focus on delivering great service.
- Be a role model for your team members, showing them what excellent service looks like.
- Keep an eye on our budgets, policies, and legal requirements to make sure we're on track.
- If there are any issues, be ready to address them and find solutions.
- At least three years of experience in hotel or timeshare housekeeping.
- Comfortable using basic computer programs like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good communication skills in English; knowing Spanish is a bonus.
- Knowledge of hotel or timeshare management systems is helpful.
- Understanding of basic safety and housekeeping practices.
