$24/hour - $26.00 Hourly based on dental experience, plus commission opportunities of $12,000 - $15,000 annually.
On-Site (no remote) in Valencia, CA, location.
The ISR will focus on growing, maintaining, and cultivating new business within assigned region(s). Managing their time effectively by focusing on outbound sales strategies. Collaborate and coordinate with internal partners to ensure optimal resource deployment. Owns sales process to gain and increase accounts share of wallet primarily via remote means, using technology such as telephone, email and virtual meetings. Primary point of contact for assigned accounts. This position requires little to no independent judgement. Works under moderate supervision.
- Success is measured by KPI’s, including Sales targets, activity levels, overall productivity, and customer retention.
- Generate sales through customer engagement.
- Become an expert on the products the Company sells and accurately communicate features and benefits to existing and potential customers in a consultative manner.
- Meet or exceed required target (number) of sales calls per week to prospects and current customers within an assigned territory.
- Answer inbound calls from any potential or existing customer, handling questions and accurately placing orders on behalf of the customer, as needed.
- Maintain and increase sales of all products within assigned territory.
- Ensure optimal account onboarding and follow up.
- Identify, prioritize, and contact new account leads.
- Provide recommendations on marketing strategies for customer business growth.
- Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain strong relationships and rapport with existing customers within territory.
- Solve Paragon Implant Customers’ largest challenges with ‘concierge-like” approach.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure they are receiving high quality customer service.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal law requirements.
- Comply with internal policies and procedures for documenting customer interactions in CRM system daily.
- Attend company-sponsored training on product and sales techniques and industry trends.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools (CRM, Ordering Platform, Webstore).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Prior experience in an Inside or Outside Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Service position.
- Understanding of Sales process and collaboration.
- Powerful desire to provide superior customer service.
- Proven ability to solve problems on the fly, proactively, and independently.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a remote setting.
- Strong ability to manage a wide range of tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.). Basic working knowledge with Excel. Strong MS Teams skills. Microsoft office 365 skills.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Excellent time-management skills.

- Experience with CRM.
Preferred:
- Prior dental implant sales experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
Compensation details: 24-26 Hourly Wage
Salary : $12,000 - $15,000
