We are looking to add a part-time Maintenance Technician to our team at Talavera Apartment Homes located in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

What you will do
- Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly
- Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets
- Turn vacant apartments
- Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness
- Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop
- Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies
- Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned
Compensation details: 21-22 Hourly Wage
