We are currently seeking an Online Training Services Coordinator. The Online Training Services Coordinator will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations for the Department of Online Training Sales and Management. This employee is responsible for setting up and maintaining college and university clients on a proprietary online training platform and assisting licensed users with technical support needs. This is a remote position.
HERE’S THE SKINNY:
The Online Training Services Coordinator will be responsible for the following essential functions:
• Responds to calls and emails from clients in a timely manner.
• Works directly with college and university clients to configure program(s), and the CP Online team once a contract is executed.
• Performs a multi-step program setup configuration and maintains a detailed schedule of program launches and builds.
• Corresponds with clients as necessary to ensure schedules are being upheld and programs are running smoothly.
• Enters all contract and online training data into appropriate technology systems (administrative program portal, IT help desk, Salesforce, etc.).
• Responds to all user help desk and technical support inquiries.
• Ensures with Senior Manager that all existing contracts, including online ones with live training programs, meet deadlines and requirements.
• Troubleshoots client issues and escalates to manager when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
WHAT TYPE OF EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE SHOULD YOU HAVE?
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of professional administrative experience
QUALIFICATIONS:

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Demonstrated success of displaying high attention to detail
• High-level organizational skills
• High-level interpersonal and customer service skills primarily using phone or video conferencing as the means of communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Analytical, especially adept with spreadsheets
• Proofreading
• Displays respectful and friendly demeanor in person and over the phone
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work both independently (and remotely) and as a member of a team
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Salesforce and/or other LMS working experience a plus
• Experience with Articulate Storyline helpful - not required
• Online programs contain sensitive content. Candidate must be comfortable with prevention topics related to sexual assault, sexual harassment, domestic violence, stalking, alcohol, etc.
