Position Title: Program Coordinator II, Admissions Processes
Department or Program: Counseling (Division III)
Classification: Staff – Full Time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Divisional Administrative Director
Location: Remote, with the ability to travel to campuses and other locations
Compensation: Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The compensation will be based on experience, education, knowledge, credentials, and a consideration of the difficulty and complexity of the position. The typical hiring range for this position is: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour.
Position Summary
The Program Coordinator II provides comprehensive and integrative oversight for all admissions processes for Division III in the Counseling, Psychology, Therapy (CPT) School, and facilitates the admissions process, coordinating and strategizing student onboarding and orientation. The Coordinator analyzes processes and strategically implements continuous improvements. The Coordinator partners with the administrative team, students, faculty, and other university offices as needed. Programs include, but are not limited to: CMHC MA in person Keene, CMHC MA Online/low residency, School Counseling, CMHC Art Therapy Concentration, CMHC Drama Therapy Concentration, CMHC MA in person Seattle, CES PhD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Admission Processes Support
- Lead the coordination with Admissions and program faculty to plan and implement information sessions and interview schedules, optimizing for seamless entry into programs and certificates
- Develop and execute ongoing orientation programs for the Division including specific programs and certificates, partnering with academic team and program faculty
- Coordinate the admission processes in collaboration with Admissions and Student Services, including deadlines management, applicant support, and response to issues
- Coordinate the review period, ensuring all admission files meet requirements, tracking data, expediting files to reviewers, and communicating changes
- Manage the interview process, including invite tracking, event preparation, and post-event activities documentation
- Manage the process for creating admission status letters and tracking admission numbers
- Manage offer limits and waitlists, delivering essential information to applicants and communicating relevant new student information
- Respond to questions from prospective applicants
- Manage non-matriculated student applications
- Provide administrative oversight to ensure program web content is accurate and up to date
Divisional Support
- Additional support responsibilities as identified, including, but not limited to: accreditation processes for all programs; affiliations with other universities; new program development and recruitment; collaborations with other programs with the School of Counseling, Psychology and Therapy
Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education, experience and training
- Proficient in google suite, Microsoft suite
- Experience with databases
- Strong written and verbal communication, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment

Hours of Employment
This is a full-time position serving a national university. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor.
