Foxfire Property Management is seeking a self-motivated, experienced, customer service oriented Commercial Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial office buildings in the capital region of NH. The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for all activity that involves or has a bearing on the properties, including marketing, finance and maintenance. The portfolio will encompass approximately 400,000 sf of office and limited retail space. We offer competitive pay and benefits and a strong bonus program.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management and will have exceptional organizational and communication skills. The manager must be hands-on and able to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis; demonstrate superior written and oral communication skills; strong financial management skills; proficient at working with contractors and multitasking abilities. Candidates must be able to prioritize and follow through well. Candidates must have a passion for great customer service. The candidate should also be competent in relevant software applications.
Interested applicants must have favorable results on the criminal background check, drug test (we no longer test for marijuana) and pre-employment physical. CPM preferred.
