The Property Manager is responsible for the total on-site operation of the assigned community. She/He is expected to display a strong commitment to company goals, values. Under the immediate direction of the Regional Manager, a Property Manager is responsible for all Financial, Marketing, Maintenance and Administrative components.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Manage annual budgets & delinquency
- Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
Skills
- Proven work experience as property manager
- Fully understanding property management
- Excellent costumer service skill, team player & positive attitude
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
