In this role, you won't be tied to just one property, you'll be the go-to leader stepping in to support and stabilize communities when they need it most. Whether it's managing day-to-day operations, mentoring on-site teams, or stepping into properties during key transitions, you'll play a strong role in delivering continuity and quality service across our affordable housing portfolio.
This is more than just a property management position. This role is key to maintaining consistency, resident satisfaction, and keeping operations on track across our properties. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required. Reports to the Regional Property Manager.
Compensation details: 25-27 Hourly Wage
