- Recruit RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, sitters, and support staff to serve home health and hospice patients
- Develop a warm, efficient onboarding program that supports new hires through their first 90 days
- Assist in setting up and supporting our new 401(k) and other benefit programs with leadership
- Help process payroll through ADP and maintain accurate employee records
- Attend job fairs, community events, and create grassroots recruitment strategies
- Build relationships with nursing schools, community partners, and referral sources
- Help hire staff for affiliated businesses (such as our daycare or new ventures)
- Promote a workplace culture of support, compassion, and growth
- Track retention data and continuously look for ways to improve morale and engagement
- Has at least 2–3 years of recruiting or HR experience (preferably in healthcare or nonprofit settings)
- Is comfortable using ADP or willing to learn quickly
- Thinks creatively and takes initiative without waiting for direction
- Understands the importance of getting good people into the homes of patients who are suffering
- Is passionate about helping underserved communities and families in transition
- Can manage time well and thrives in a startup-like environment where every voice matters
- 6 month Bonus if you have experience hiring for multiple industries or programs (e.g., daycare, admin, clinical) and hit targets
