Job Description - Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Assist sales team with completing sales, follow-up, quoting, and outbound calls to potential clients who have contacted the agency for a quote.
- With prospects & clients, be able to have discovery conversations, develop needs, and set appointments.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders.
- Understand and market the agency's diverse range of insurance products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Call clients to schedule insurance reviews.
- Take incoming calls and update client records, cross-sell, and assist with customer service.
- We service both personal and commercial clients

Requirements:
- Property & Casualty License; Life and Health Preferred
- Proven experience in insurance sales

Compensation will be commensurate with prior experience and skill set.
