We are looking for an experienced Injury Prevention Worksite Wellness (IPWW) Consultant to focus on the Vermont and Western Massachusetts territories.

What You'll Do
The Loss Control and Safety Consultant is responsible for providing injury prevention and worksite wellness services to accounts in order to assist policyholders in reducing losses from industrial accidents and injuries. This role will identify hazards and deficiencies in various worksite environments that could lead to accidents and injuries. The Consultant prepares written reports of findings, presents findings, and monitors corrective actions. The Consultant also conducts training programs for policyholder management and employees on a wide variety of safety topics.
We’re looking for someone that has:
- a bachelor’s degree,
- at least 5 years of experience in safety related disciplines,
- experience in workers' compensation loss control,
- designations such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and Associate in Risk Management (ARM),
- excellent communication skills,
- proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and
- a driver's license and a clean driving record.

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors; including, but not limited to - qualifications, relevant education, certifications, experience, skills, performance, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future, but we in good faith believe this is what we would pay for this role as of the time of posting. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market for all employees in this position across our industry and provides an opportunity to progress and develop within the role.
